Job Title: COMPLIANCE OFFICER

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team. In this key role, you will ensure that our operations adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, helping safeguard our reputation and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures across the group of companies.
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.  Liaise with the FSC and FIU when necessary.
  • Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior management and staff on compliance matters.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, filings, and other compliance-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues or concerns as they arise.
  • Assist with training and awareness programs to keep staff informed about compliance policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field (at least 3 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks will be a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal and regulatory matters.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) are a plus.
