Job Title: COMPLIANCE OFFICER

In this key role, you will ensure that our operations adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, helping safeguard our reputation and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures across the group of companies.
- Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. Liaise with the FSC and FIU when necessary.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
- Provide advice and guidance to senior management and staff on compliance matters.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, filings, and other compliance-related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues or concerns as they arise.
- Assist with training and awareness programs to keep staff informed about compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field (at least 3 years).
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks will be a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal and regulatory matters.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) are a plus.
